….. Both my wife and I wanted to say thanks for all your help with fitting our new kitchen worktops. When we visited your factory we were impressed with your selection of colours and finally decided on the brown mirror sparkle quartz that matches perfectly with our new kitchen units. We were overwhelmed with the colour choice available but narrowed it down, with your help and we are really pleased with the finished result.

The day after the tops where fitted we noticed a small imperfection on the surface. We were very pleased that the next day you were able to call out and fix the problem. The following day we had a leak with the tap that you supplied but again within 24 hours you had the plumber here, with a new tap to replace the faulty one.

The attention you have given to us with the problems has been fantastic, with a fast response and great communication. I would certainly recommend you, not just for the worktops but for the great after sales service, especially due to the fact that i didn’t have to pay the bill until it was fully finished and any issues resolved…..

From our initial visit to look at worktop options to the measuring and fitting on our kitchen units, the whole experience was first class. Their advice on stain proofing products was readily forthcoming and the effect when applied was dramatic. To all at Finches, we’d just like to say thank you and how pleased we are that we picked Finches to supply and fit our kitchen worktops. I know it’s taken some time from when you completed the job to us writing this.  The Kitchen company were so pleased with the completed job they had a professional photographer take pictures for their portfolio and we wanted to send you a copy with this letter.

They say the proof is in the pudding and that’s true the finished job is outstanding. Being an engineer myself I notice the fine details of a high quality finish and the skills, time and effort it takes. The way the worktop flows perfectly without edge or lip, as if part of the under mounted sink. I’ve only ever seen this done in corian. Never with Silestone; its Beautiful. The way you’ve managed to engineer it so that despite the complex curves and thin edges, there is only one joint in the whole kitchen. It seems the norm that many of the other kitchen worktops we have seen, even in show room have several cuts and joints of 5mm or greater filled out with a coloured silicon.

The finish speaks for its self is just in another league, thanks to you guys. We would like to add that you were so easy to deal with and did exactly what you said you would and more.  You were very good with communication and kept us well informed. The Advice was fantastic and the help with costings and saving us money, where you could was great. We would proudly recommend Finches to anyone.

….A big thank you to all at Finch’s for a job well done. We are very pleased with how our new kitchen turned out as we didn’t have a clue what colour to go for on the kitchen worktops.

I wanted something different to all the other kitchens I had seen and this colour proved to be the best choice for us. I  was concerned about my choice right up to the point were it was fitted , then totally fell in love with it. I feel really brave choosing a bright red colour but it has proven to be a very popular choice with my friends and even the kitchen fitter who is pretty stuck in his ways on the usual black worktops.

It brightens up the kitchen and looks great with the units and flooring. Please pass on my thanks to your fitters who were excellent and a big thank you to Graham who was very patient with us and our visits to your showroom.

I will certainly be recommending you to our friends and family in the future.

…..We have used Finch’s for many of our construction projects in the past  and would have no reservation in using them in the future. As a construction and interior renovation company we supply only the best quality finished products.We need to have the best possible quality materials installed on time and to a very high standard to keep our customers happy.Quality is everything in the building sector.

I have found finch’s to be be a very straight forward and fair company to deal with on numerous occasions and i would not hesitate to deal with them on future projects. The quality of workmanship is what I would expect from any of my suppliers and they deliver on time, everytime with no unexpected issues. Prices are good for this type of quality as other suppliers are often lacking with quality and final finish to their products.
